The American Center offers a wide range of sites that are uniquely suited to the needs of new and growing businesses. Richard Wilberg, development director of The American Center, explains how the Center can work with prospective tenants to customize a flexible development plan.

"The American Center is a premier office and commercial business park comprised of 447 acres, which makes it one of the largest office parks in Wisconsin. The American Center offers excellent access, services and a prestigious corporate environment. It is located at the junction of Interstates 90/94/39 and U.S. Highway 151, and is unrivaled for access to transportation arteries, bus service, air travel, municipal services, restaurants, retail services and housing.

We welcome you to take a "virtual tour" of The American Center sites. To explore the office park click on any of the sites. Visit "Developed" sites where construction has been completed. Visit "Available" sites that are ready for sale now or visit, sites that are "Planned" for infrastructure such as roads and utilities in the near future. For 360° views of the park, click on the yellow stars.

The American Center offers:

  • Building space for lease from our inventory of office/research space for lease with space ranging from 500 to 19,000 square feet, in single and multi-story buildings with rates from $13.00 per square foot triple net. Choose from suites with immediate occupancy or custom designed space with an adequate tenant improvement allowance.

  • Purchase of fully improved one to seven acre sites of your choice with closing in 30 to 60 days. Larger sites of up to 40 acres are available for closing within 120 days. Office/research sites are priced from $5.95 to $9.00 per square foot depending on location and size.

  • Turnkey construction to build your new facility, custom-designed to your needs with financing from American Family Insurance Group, a Fortune 500 company with approximately $16 billion in total assets. Financing is subject to asset backed underwriting criteria with venture capital investment in unique circumstances.
